First, the ambiance: The room is comfortable conducive to relaxing. The warm massage bed and options for cover add to the physical comfort before the massage even starts. Occasional noise from outside the room was briefly distracting, but otherwise it was an undisturbed relaxing experience. Words can't adequately describe it.

Regina has magical hands and the rest of her is great too ;) She is capable and confident and finds trouble spots you didn't even know were there. I highly recommend BodyWise Therapeutic Massage to you and old, native or transplant. Do yourself a favor and I promise you won't regret it. Make it part of your health regime - nothing to lose except some toxins and knots!

Highly recommended! I was very happy with my massage! Regina was very nice and is definitely well trained. I chose the deep tissue massage as I was having alot of pain in my upper back and shoulders. I asked her to focus on that area for the whole hour and she did exactly that. I left feeling so much better than I even thought possible. I will deffinitly recommend her to everyone I know.

Outstanding deep tissue massage. Regina discuss what my goals were and then delivered a session designed to meet them. She also customized her approach based on what she was finding and how my muscles were reacting. I have been to several other therapists that professed to do "deep tissue" work, but did not seem to have a plan for how to deliver that. Regina is the real deal.

Regina was so calming and the room so relaxing that I was almost asleep before the massage even began. I told her that my legs and lower back were problem areas and she really worked on them, I could feel my hips loosening and releasing as she worked. Today I feel like I have a whole new range of motion and can't wait to get back to her soon! The difference between this massage and my last one somewhere I won't name is huge! Loved the space and Regina! If you have pain or just want to relax and pamper yourself this is going to be the perfect place!

Regina at BodyWise Therapeutic Massage is fantastic. I had a wonderful first experience. Her location is convenient, perfect for a lunch break massage or at the end of the day. The salon was lovely, and clean. Regina ask in depth questions to understand my particular massage preferences and needs. I am so happy that I've found Regina!

I really enjoyed the tranquil music, the plants and the aromatherapy! I also appreciated the hot towels and stretching as part of my massage.
